As a result of this plan, we as Corporate Parents will ensure that:
- All elected members and council departments will understand their roles and responsibilities as Corporate Parents, and act as an extended family to support our care-experienced children
- Our partners and key stakeholders are treated as a part of our extended family of Corporate Parents and will understand their responsibilities
- Our care experienced children and young people are recognised and their individual contributions celebrated
