Nursing Care is designed for individuals with complex conditions that need specific support. These Carers are registered nurses who are highly trained in dealing with complex clinical cases. These clinicians will oversee your case management holistically and liaise with relevant health professionals as needed. Funded Nursing Care (FNC) is funded by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside.
