If your Blue Badge is lost, stolen or damaged you can apply for a replacement using the form below. There is a £10 fee.
If you have already had a replacement within the award period of your existing badge, we cannot issue you with another Blue Badge unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If your Blue Badge is due to expire, or has expired, you should not apply for a replacement. You should instead apply or renew your Blue Badge.
