Timescales for paying your parking fine
For both higher and lower rate penalties a discount of 50% still applies if the penalty is paid within 14 days of issue, or 21 days for postal Penalty Charge Notices.
Lost Penalty Charge Notice
If you have lost or don’t know your PCN number, please call 03330 050040 with the following information:
- the registration number that the PCN was issued to
- the location where the PCN was issued
- the date and time the PCN was issued
We will email you back with your PCN number.
Enforcement agency letters
If you have received a letter from an enforcement agent regarding your Penalty Charge Notice, please comply with the details of the letter and contact them directly. We are unable to take payments after the debt has been transferred.
