If you qualify for our help
Your needs assessment will help decide if you qualify for help from Adult Social Services. If you are eligible, we will work with you to create a care and support plan. You can involve anyone you choose in this process.
We will also carry out a financial assessment. This helps us understand whether your care and support can be provided free of charge, or whether you may need to pay towards the cost. If you do need to contribute, we will explain how much this might be.

If your needs are not eligible
If your assessment shows that you do not qualify for care and support from us, we will explain why. We will also give you information about other ways to meet or reduce your needs.
