Please make sure you follow these guidelines when you put your bin out for collection:
- put your bins out at the kerbside by 7am on the day of collection with the wheels facing the road
- all rubbish must be in the bin and the lid must be closed. No additional waste will be collected.
- the bin should not be too heavy
- do not jam the waste in the bin too tightly. It needs to be loose enough to tip out into the truck.
- after your collection bring your bin back onto your property as soon as possible
- incorrect items should not be in your bin
- make sure the handle on your food waste bin is upright. This will lock the bin to keep out pests.
- leave the outdoor caddy on the ground next to your other bins.
