6.0 Complaints about post 16 transport
We want to give the best possible service, however if you wish to complain Wirral Council has a formal complaints process.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the Council’s complaint investigation you can take your complaint to the Local Government Social Care Ombudsman, an independent body which investigates complaints about councils.
