If you are struggling to top up your gas or electricity, contact your energy supplier first. We can only help if:
- your need is urgent
- you use a pre-payment meter
If we agree you need emergency help, we will refer you to the Fuel Bank Foundation. If you pay by direct debit and have arrears, contact:
