Assessment for grammar school education in September 2020

Online registration for year six assessment to attend a non-Catholic grammar school in Wirral is now closed.

No arrangements will be made to assess children if request forms are received after 31 May 2019, unless they have moved to Wirral from outside of the borough.

You will need to complete a paper registration form if you wish to apply.

Assessment tests

A booklet has been produced to explain the Wirral assessment tests (known as 11 Plus).

All children will take the assessment at a test centre. We will require proof of ID for your child before they can be assessed. You must complete the ID form below and attach a passport-style photograph which will need to be verified by your child's school.

Your child must bring this form with them on the test date and may not be able to sit the test without it.
