It’s absolutely free to join Wirral Libraries! Your card can be used in all Wirral libraries to borrow resources and use our computers. You do not need to be a library member to enter the building, use the toilets, access free Wi-Fi, use our wireless printing facilities, browse, sit, study or shelter.
