For wasps (service available 1 June to 31 October)
Full refund for :
- nest not on premises called to
- no treatment possible
- no wasps present
- report of wasps which turn out to be bees (during the 'wasp season' 1 June to 31 October)
- for wasp treatments where disturbance of bats would occur.
For mice and rats
No refund for second visit declined (and access not gained by no-access letter).
For cockroaches and bedbugs
No refund for follow-up visits declined ('Insect no-access letter' to be sent, but no visits).
For fleas, ants and wasps
No refund for:
- first treatment failed but second treatment declined
- two failed treatments
- flea trap deployed but no evidence of fleas on revisit
- flea traps deployed but no subsequent access gained to recover traps
- insisted on service requests and visits for wasp treatments in the 'early season' or 'late season' (before 1 June and after 31 October) where the customer has been already informed that it is either not wasps or that there is no action we can take
