There will be some disruption to services from 9 September until a new IT system goes live on 26 September. We are moving a number of regulatory functions onto a new cloud-based system making the services resilient for the future.

This will impact complaints, licence applications and registrations and other service requests until 21 October 2022. Urgent matters will be responded to during this period. Please bear with us while we switch systems.
