What will I learn?
Techniques in breathing, focusing the mind, walking meditation, moving meditations and relaxation methods that you can practice anywhere, at home, in the office, on public transport, in the bath or in the garden to feel more connected and calmer to better deal with challenging times. These techniques can be passed onto children and can help to improve your quality of life during the lockdown and moving forward beyond this time.
How will I do this?
This is a 6-hour course and consists of 3 sessions. The course is a mixture of theory and practical activities. In each session we will discuss and share basic theory (through handouts and group discussion). I will show you a variety of ways to meditate and we will discuss possible ways to include them into your everyday life.
