What will I learn?
Learners will be able to identify the main causes of food poisoning, the importance of good hand hygiene and the key points of storing, preparing and serving food. This is an introduction to the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene accredited course which will be taking place in September 2020.

- YouTube clips from the Food Standards Agency
- Quiz sheets which can be sent to the learner for them to complete and send back
