Easy Steps

Easy Steps is a starter course for people who have no computer skills. It is specifically designed to help adults develop their skills and confidence when using computers

Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office courses focus on introducing and developing your skills with the Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Functional Skills

Functional Skills in IT gives you the opportunity to gain a full qualification in IT to further your employment prospects and boost your CV.

We also have a host of online digital workshops and courses to boost your confidence using the Internet, and help you to understand how it can be used to enhance your life – from online shopping, to applying for jobs, to communicating with families and friends.

To access these online courses, you will need:

  • Microsoft Teams (free download-support can be provided to do this)
  • Smart phone/tablet/laptop/computer
  • Email address
