Reason for Inquiry - Appeal by Birkenhead School

Relating to the application to Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council for the demolition of the existing pavilion and erection of up to 33 dwellings and associated infrastructure. All matters are reserved except for access.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
