This study provides a framework for the integration of the Wirral Waters proposals with the surrounding residential neighbourhoods and Birkenhead Town Centre. It sets out a vision for Birkenhead, informed by stakeholder engagement and baseline analysis, and provides a spatial framework to demonstrate how physical change and development could potentially help address key economic, social and environmental issues in the area.
