This Strategic Transport Framework Action Plan provides a series of preferred options for each of the five spatial priority areas identified in the Council’s Strategic Regeneration Framework, to enable the desired growth to be achieved and to ensure that the transport network is fully aligned with Wirral’s regenerations plans.
