Notice of demolition
The local authority's Building Control service must be informed in writing 6 weeks prior to the intended demolition. This notice of intent should specify the building to which it relates and a description of the proposed demolition work.
Please follow the instructions given when you apply below.
To print the demolition form you can use the above link and you can print the document. Complete it and return to the address on the form together with the required £180 fee.
Ways to pay
Within seven days ensure that payment is made for the relevant fee charge by one of the following methods:
- by telephone using credit or debit card on 0151 691 8454
- in person using a credit or debit card or cheque at the address below, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
- by post to South Annexe, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED
Payment can also be made by phone to 0151 691 8454. Please ensure you have your credit or debit card details ready, together with all information regarding the demolition.
