Wirral Council currently manages over 60 school crossing patrol sites in the region and assist thousands of adults and children cross safely every year.
We also consider new school crossing site locations where they might be needed, such as a new school opening. Each site is assessed according to traffic flow and pedestrian count, as well as other factors.
