Proposed changes to Wirral library services

Wirral Council is proposing changes to its library services across the borough. The changes would see a service based around 8 libraries.

Why are the changes being proposed?

The changes aim to provide a library service that continues to meet the needs of local communities. They will also help the council manage its budget challenges for this year.

How you can help

The council wants to hear what you think about these changes. You can fill out a survey to share your thoughts. The survey starts on Tuesday 6 May and ends on Tuesday 1 July 2025.
