Wirral Council is proposing changes to its library services across the borough. We want to know what you think about the proposals.

All central and branch libraries offer the following facilities:
- large print books
- free wifi
- wireless printing via a mobile device
- 1 hour free internet access on public PCs for library members (charges thereafter)
- study space
- printing, scanning and photocopying facilities
- baby change facilities
Bebington Central Library also offers:
- DVDs
- talking books
- a selection of local history and reference resources on the first floor
- exhibition and display facilities
- room hire (enquire via libraries@wirral.gov.uk)
- free parking behind the Civic Centre
- disabled toilets
- lift
