The draw will be conducted by Wirral Libraries staff. The decision of the draw is final.
Each participant may win only one prize.

Winners, parents or guardians will be notified within 3 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Wirral Libraries reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to an alternative winner.
Claiming prizes
Prizes must be claimed in person at a Wirral Libraries branch. Proof of identity may be required.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

School Trophies
A special trophy will be awarded to the school with the most completers:
Most Completers Trophy
- Awarded to the school whose pupils record the highest number of Challenge completions (six books read and signed off by library staff) during the Challenge period.
Most Sign-Ups Trophy
- Awarded to the school with the highest number of joiners of the Challenge.
School participation is tracked via the school name recorded on a participant’s library account at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their school details are correctly recorded.
Trophies are awarded to the school as an institution. Wirral Libraries will liaise with the school directly to arrange presentation.
In the event of a tie, the trophy will be shared and a joint presentation arranged.
Technology Prize – Equipment Waiver
Winners of a Chromebook prize – parents and guardians will be required to sign a separate Equipment Waiver Form before the device is handed over. This waiver sets out the terms of use for the Chromebook and must be signed by the winners’ parents or guardians.
The Equipment Waiver will be provided to parents/guardians of the winners by Wirral Libraries staff at the point of collection.
If a parent or guardian of the winner declines to sign the Equipment Waiver, they will forfeit the Chromebook prize, and an alternative winner will be drawn.
