- Christmas Eve (24 December): Open 9am to 1pm, and 2pm to 4pm (Heswall and Greasby closed)
- 25 December to 1 January: Closed
- From 2 January 2026: Normal opening hours (check Wallasey Central Library for details)
Learning Hub at Birkenhead Central Library
Our digital hub provides the community with space to work, train and collaborate.

The Learning Hub is a multi-functional room for hire that can provide a classroom, theatre or community activity space.
The hub has a large interactive screen and charging points integrated on the classroom style desks.
When used as a space for talks the hub can accommodate 50 people with black out blinds and adjustable lighting.
Laptops are also available for use by educational providers when delivering adult education courses.
