If you're having a hard time getting motivated, or just don't feel like you're getting enough out of your exercise routine, we have a pride of personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals! All have a minimum of a Level 3 personal training qualification and can travel anywhere in Wirral. Each trainer has their own skills and specialities so make that first step to a fitter, healthier you.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 25+ years and instruct Buggy Park Fitness. I deliver various fitness classes and I’m a Smoking Cessation Advisor.

I am exercise referral qualified and can offer nutritional guidance and advice. I teach lots of different fitness classes and can adapt exercises to allow everyone to see progression in their fitness.

I am experienced in almost all aspects of fitness thanks to training methods that I have explored through my own fitness journey and training of others.
I enjoy delivering focussed programmes that help clients reach achievable goals in an enjoyable and beneficial way. I specialise in muscle gain and tone, weight loss and circuit training.

Specialities: female fitness, 40 plus fitness, weight loss, core strength and flexibility.
I have 20+ years experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, teaching a wide variety of classes including Yoga and Pilates. My area of expertise is weight loss, toning and rehabilitation after injury. I am especially interested in posture correction and back care. I can design bespoke fitness programmes, advise on nutrition and inspire to to keep your fitness motivation. Happy to work with small groups.
