This Girl Can in Wirral

This Girl Can Wirral is a local version of Sport England’s national campaign which celebrates women of all ages and abilities taking part in exercise.

Wirral’s version of the campaign is dedicated to helping teenage girls aged 13-18, feel confident enough to take up opportunities to participate in sport and exercise.

Research has shown 85% of teenage girls aren't doing the recommended amount of exercise per week. This Girl Can Wirral is looking to tackle this and make getting active, attractive for this age group.
