OneYou is a campaign designed to show you just how easy being active actually is, and how being active can benefit your body, mind and health – There are lots of ways you and your family can get moving!

The OneYou ‘How Are You’ online health quiz will help you to identify where you can make small changes. 


Active10 - A brisk 10 minute walk every day can make a difference to your health. Each 10 minute burst of exercise is known as an “Active 10”.

The Active 10 app will show you how much brisk walking you are doing and will help show you how you can fit a ten minute brisk walk into your day.

Kids need to be active for 60 minutes a day. Change4Life has loads of ideas and activities to get your family moving, including Disney inspired 10 minute Shake Up games, designed to get your kids moving towards the 60 active minutes they need every day.

5 Ways to Wellbeing

Just as we can eat ‘5 a day’ of fruit and veg, there are 5 ways that we can use to improve our mental wellbeing. One of the 5 ways is being active.  

Weight management services

Wirral council provides a weight management service which you can find out more about by visiting your GP practice. You may be able to access free weight management groups operating throughout the borough. Your GP will be able to tell you if this service is right for you.
