Please use this form to report problem areas, including street cleansing, dog fouling, drainage, gritting, grounds maintenance, leaf fall, parking on pavements, pest control, poor road surface, speeding traffic and school crossing patrol requests.

The Council has a limited budget with which to deliver its services, and therefore has to decide how and where to allocate its resources. For example we cannot afford to grit every road in the Borough in freezing weather, so have developed a schedule that ensures that the main routes are gritted. This form can be used if you feel that existing priorities and schedules should be changed next time they are reviewed.
