Prosecutions and enforcement notices register

Wirral Council is required to maintain a public register of all health and safety enforcement notices. These were served for issues relating to people other than employees.

These notices are kept on the register for three years after being served even though the problem may have been dealt with.

•  View details of all enforcement notices issued since 1 April 2001 – excluding those under appeal or withdrawn

Details of notices generally remain on the system for 5 years.
