This document reviews the Green Belt parcels that were identified for further investigation in the 2018 Development Options Review. It assesses the potential of these parcels to support future development considering include key information such as indicative dwelling capacity, potential trip generations, high level site considerations and general accessibility to the site. This study has been updated to include weak performing parcels as identified in Arup’s Green Belt Review.
