Nearly all claims for benefits and tax credits, and most ongoing queries, are now dealt with by telephone. A list of the telephone numbers and addresses you will need to make claims or queries in Wirral is provided below. 

Jobcentre Plus

Online Claims
The DWP website allows you to make an online claim for many benefits (but not Tax Credits). You can also download forms and print them out and make a claim.
