What is a PDF?
Club Development
Club Development is about helping volunteers to set up new sports clubs and offering support to established clubs to run effectively. This is important if a club wants to attract new members or apply for funding.
The Club Development Officer can help you with:
- Setting up your club committee, constitution etc.
- Drafting policies and procedures, especially in relation to Child Protection.
- Achieving Clubmark accreditation.
- Funding applications.
- Promoting your club and your events.
- Becoming a member of the Wirral Sports Forum.
