Multi-activity sports hall
Our multi purpose sports hall can be used for a wide range of sports and activities, including:

• Badminton
• Table Tennis
• Volleyball
• Basketball
• Indoor bowls.

Fitness Suite
All the latest equipment such as running machines, rowers, cross-trainers, bikes and a free weights area. Fully qualified fitness instructors on duty at all times.

Last admission is 1 hour before closing and an induction is required before using any equipment.

i-Zone (interactive sports equipment)

An interactive fitness facility that offers a variety of fun and funky activities, including:

• Dance Mats; the most advanced multi-player dance system available
• Sportwall; combining the fun of a computer game with a powerful cardio-vascular workout
• Trixter Bikes; an interactive, indoor cycling experience
• Makoto; a triangular arena challenging visual and physical responses.

Multi-function aerobics studio
Offering a range of activities and classes including Body Conditioning, Circuits, Yoga and Zumba.

Disabled Access to Building
The Centre is on one level with a lift platform to access the main tennis hall viewing area.
