Fitness Suite
All the latest equipment including treadmills, concept rowing machines, cross-trainers, bikes and resistance training machines. Fully qualified instructors on duty at all times.

Last admission is 1 hour before closing and an induction is required before using any equipment.

Steam Room
Please use in appropriate swimwear. Last admission is 1 hour before closing.

Multi-function aerobics studio
Used for a wide range of activities and classes including Aerobics, Pilates, Step, Boxercise and Revolutions.
