This racquet sport is played by two players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. It is a vigorous workout.

Yes. You can book in person at your local centre, online at sportbooking.wirral.gov.uk or by calling the Invigor8 Booking Line, 0151 606 2010, 8.30am to 8pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday & Sunday.

Adult: £7.50
Child/ 60+: £4.50

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Wear suitable clothing, including comfortable training shoes with good support. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water for during and after your activity.
