WHAT IS IT?
Whether you're looking for fitness or fun, everyone can make a splash at our open to all sessions. Public/ Family Swim sessions are available at all our pools and offer safe, comfortable and friendly swimming with qualified staff in attendance.

No, though please be aware that the Pool Programmes vary at each centre during school holidays. A revised timetable will be published on each leisure centre's page on this website.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE Swimming is available to Invigor8 Members, under 18s (during school holidays), over 60s and serving and former Armed Forces Personnel.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please wear appropriate swimwear and bring a towel. Babies/ Toddlers should wear waterproof nappies. Refreshments are available at vending machines in most sites.
