WHAT IS IT?
These sessions provide a safe and supported environment to meet the needs children and young people with a disability.
WHERE CAN I SWIM?

Yes, please call in to your local centre to find out more and to make your booking.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
Adult £3.50
PLEASE NOTE: FREE Swimming is available to Invigor8 Members, under 18s (during school holidays), over 60s and serving and former Armed Forces Personnel.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please wear appropriate swimwear and bring a towel. Babies/ Toddlers should wear waterproof nappies. Refreshments are available at vending machines in most sites.
