Adult Only Swim

WHAT IS IT? 

These sessions provide an opportunity for a relaxing swim in a child-free environment.  Practise your stroke and stay in shape.

DO I NEED TO BOOK? 

No, though please be aware that the Pool Programmes varies at each centre during school holidays. day.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE Swimming is available to Invigor8 Members, under 18s (during school holidays), over 60s and serving and former Armed Forces Personnel.

Please wear appropriate swimwear and bring a towel.  Refreshments are available at vending machines in most sites.
