Lending library annd large print books
Ridgeway Community Library is a lending library and offers a selection of large print books.

Fax, photocopying and scanning 
A fax, photocopying and scanning service is available for a small charge.

Information Point
Ridgeway Library is an information point, where you can find out about many Council services, including:

• Waste collections
• Anti social behaviour
• Pest control
• Electoral registration
• Blue badges
• Payments (using credit or debit cards only)
• Council tax
• Business rates
• Housing rents
• Parking fines
• Miscellaneous invoices

Computer Suites
There are 10 computers downtstairs for drop-in use.  The first half-hour is free, with a small charge per half-hour after that.  
There are also two suites upstairs for computer courses run by Birkenhead Sixth Form College. Please contact the library for details .

Activities

Get into Reading - Adult Reading Groups
There are two adult reader groups, which each meet once a week: Monday afternoons 2.30pm - 3.30pm and Tuesday mornings 9.30 – 11.00am. Phone contact the library for more details.

Items for Sale
A selection of cards for sale. We are also able to supply Merseytravel Saveaways.

Events
A schedule of events and talks runs throughout the year.

Children's Activities
Craft and entertainment sessions during the Summer holidays. Also join our reading scheme to gain prizes through the Summer.

Access Information
Ridgeway Community Library is situated in the Discovery City Learning Centre (CLC) building within the grounds of Ridgeway High School, Noctorum. 

It operates as both a public and a school library.

There is level access to the library and a wide door.  There is a disabled toilet in the CLC and a wheelchair lift to the first floor where we hold computer courses.

Parking space near the front entrance is reserved for people a disability.
