Computer Access

• Nine computers with internet access are available for public use. Free of charge for the first 30 mins.
• A photocopier and, fax machine and scanner are available for public use. Charges apply.

Information Point
Irby Library’s Information Point can provide information about a wide range of Council services, including:

• Waste collections
• Anti social behaviour
• Pest control
• Electoral registration
• Blue badge.

You can also make payments using credit or debit cards for the following services:

• Council tax
• Business rates
• Housing rents
• Parking fines
• Miscellaneous invoice.

Friends of Irby Library 
The Irby library user group meets bi-monthly. Please contact the library for more information.

Friends of Irby Library was established at the end of 2009.  Irby is also the only Friends group with a Peer of the Realm as it’s Patron; The rt Hon the Lord Hunt of Wirral.

Reading Group 
The library reading group meets once a month on at 6.30pm on a Thursday. Please contact the library for details of the next meeting.

Talks and coffee mornings
Friendly coffee morning bring staff and library users together throughout the year. Please contact the library for information about the next one.

Police Surgery
Fortnightly on Tuesdays 3pm - 4pm. Please check with the library beforehand.

Councillors’ Surgery
Third Saturday of every month, 11:30am - 12:30pm. No appointment necessary.

Access Information
The building is fully accessible to people with disabilities and includes an accessible toilet and adjustable computer desk.
