One Stop Shop
Eastham library houses a Council One Stop Shop, which is open 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday (10am – 5pm on Wednesdays).

Computer Suite

  • Free internet access for library members (for the first 30 minutes); There is a small charge per 30 minutes thereafter 
  • Adaptive software is available for disabled users (screen magnification and text to speech)
  • Photocopier and fax (charges apply)
  • IT courses run by the 3Ls.

Free WiFi available



Children’s Storytime
Fridays at 10.30am - 11.00am (except during school holidays)

Baby Bounce and Rhyme 
Every Monday from 9.30-10am and 10:30-11:00am

Adult Reading Group 

First Monday each month at 4.00 pm. Please call in for more information

Junior Reading Group 
Held every four weeks (outside of school holidays). Age range 7 to 12 years. Meetings held at 4.00pm. New members welcome.

Adult Learners (learning disabled adults), Wednesdays 10.30am-11.30am
Afternoon Tea, Wednesdays 1:30pm-3:00pm

Reachout Work Club
Mondays 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Connexions are on site on Tuesdays 3-5. They offer a free and confidential service, giving unbiased information, advice, guidance and support to people aged 13 to 19 or up to 25 years old for people with special educational needs.
