Lifelong Learning: English and Maths Courses

We offer courses in English, Maths and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). 

You can join English & Maths courses at any time in the term (subject to vacancies) and English and Maths courses are free to everyone. 

Our ESOL courses are available in several venues, but most are delivered at Wirral Multicultural Centre in Birkenhead.  

As well as delivering courses with small groups of learners, we also run a Literacy Buddy and Numeracy Buddy programme, where some learners can work with trained volunteer buddies, to improve reading, writing, and maths.
