Joining the Property Accreditation Scheme

Having your property accredited landlord is simple. You can either:

• Download the Property Accreditation Scheme application form

• Request an Application Form from the Landlord Accreditation Team by using the contact details shown in the column on the the right side of this page.

Complete, sign and return the Property Accreditation Application Form together with a copy of:

1. Current gas safety certificate
2. Tenancy agreement
3. Signed Management Code of Standards
4. Signed Property Code of Standards
5. Energy Performance Certificate (where applicable)
6. Periodic Inspection Report (not mandatory but a star rating will be given under the Electrical Requirements criteria)

We will contact your tenant directly to arrange an assessment of the property. If your property meets the requirements of the Property Code of Standards and you have returned the necessary documentation (as above) your certificate will be sent to you.
