Landlord Accreditation Schemes

Wirral Council administers two Private Rented Accreditation Schemes: 

• Property Accreditation Scheme, which is intended for Private Landlords who rent good quality, well managed, private rented accommodation. A certificate is awarded to each property which meets the Scheme standards
• The Management Accreditation Scheme, which is specifically aimed at giving recognition to local Managing Agents who have high standards of management practices in place
