Business Relocation Loan
The Business relocation Loan is designed to fund the gap between compensation received for the premises and the cost of purchasing suitable similar alternative premises. The availability of the loan subject to sufficient funding being available.
The loan is in the form of a Property Appreciation Loan (PAL) provided by Wirral Council.
When the applicant takes out the loan the Council calculates the proportion that the loan bears to the value of the property being acquired, up to a maximum loan of £35,000.
