Empty Property Strategy

The Empty Property Strategy Update 2008-11 has been written to demonstrate the progress of the Council's Empty Property Team over its first two years. It also reviews and refreshes the Council’s priorities and key actions for reducing the number of empty properties in Wirral for the next three years. The strategy highlights some of the recent achievements, and sets out seven priorities for 2008-11.
