Extra Care Housing eligibility

To be eligible for Extra Care Housing you must:

• have a local connection with Wirral through local residence, family or employment
• be aged 55 years or over (any spouse/partner will be aged 50 or over)
• have a combination of housing, support or care needs, which could include requiring assistance with daily living tasks or
• be an older carer with son, daughter or dependant with a learning or physical disability who requires care and support.
