The reception at Cheshire Lines offers a number of Streetscene, Planning and Building Control services including:
- Planning applications, information and advice
- Building Control
- Residential and business parking permit applications
- Parking fine payments and appeals
- Replacement bin payments
- Allotment information and applications.
The Wirral Archives Service is also based in the Cheshire Lines Building.
The Wirral Veterans Contact Centre is also based in the Cheshire Lines Building. The Veterans Centre offers service personel and ex-service personel, as well as their families and relatives, advice and assistance on issues and problems relating to their transition in to the civilian world. The entrance is via the lower floor in the car park.
