Lost, stolen or damaged bins

If your wheelie bin is lost, stolen or damaged on the day of collection, you can report it online using the "Missing / Damaged Bin" button or call Streetscene on (0151) 606 2004

Lost or stolen bins must be reported by 5pm on the next working day after collection.

To prevent your bin being lost or stolen please:

  • Ensure that your bins are labelled with your street name and number.
  • Store your bins on your own property at all times other than on collection day.
  • Following collection, return emptied bins back onto your own property at the earliest opportunity.
