Wirral Council's Pollution Control Team samples water quality 20 times a year (from May to September) at:

  • Fort Perch Rock (New Brighton)
  • Leasowe Bay
  • Red Rocks (Hoylake)
  • West Kirby Marine Lake
  • Thurstaston Beach
