Listed building consent
Listed Building Consent forms can be used for alterations to Listed Buildings, or demolition of Listed Buildings.
Demolition of unlisted buildings in a Conservation Area (Conservation Area Consent)
Before completing the forms please read all the notes, which are in the same order as the questions on the forms. It is important to complete all four copies of the form; this number of copies is necessary for the consultations that have to be carried out on your application.
Please note that it is an offence to alter, extend or demolish a Listed Building before obtaining permission, and this applies even if the works are urgent.
If you are in doubt as to whether you need Listed Building Consent for your proposed works, please consult the Conservation Officers in the Development Management Section of the Department of Regeneration, Housing and Planning using the contact details on the right.
